Domestic Shipping

PCMIX Computers provides nationwide shipping through premium courier partners (including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express).

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days.
  • Processing Time: We commit to handing over your consignment to the courier partner within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Address Accuracy: All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact number is active for delivery coordination.
  • Transit Protection: While we pack every component with “over-engineered” safety (multiple layers of bubble wrap and sturdy outer boxes), PCMIX takes full responsibility for the product until it reaches your doorstep.

The Unboxing Rule (Mandatory)

To protect against transit damage or “parcel tampering,” a clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

  • The video must show all sides of the package before opening.
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible.
  • The video must be continuous (no cuts/edits) until the product is out and inspected.
  • Without a valid unboxing video, transit damage or “missing item” claims cannot be processed.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Simple Cancellations We believe in a “No-Questions-Asked” cancellation policy before the product is shipped.

  • Pre-Shipment: If you change your mind before we hand the item to the courier, you get a 100% Full Refund. No 2% fees, no “convenience” deductions.
  • Post-Shipment: If the item has already been dispatched, you can still cancel, but the shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from the refund. Once the product returns to us in its original, un-tampered condition, your refund is processed immediately.

3. Return & Refund Policy (7-Day Shield)

The 7-Day Inspection Window Every component sold by PCMIX (except software or digital keys) comes with a 7-Day Return/Replacement Shield for the following scenarios:

  1. Dead on Arrival (DOA): The product does not power on or function out of the box.
  2. Damaged in Transit: Physical damage found during the mandatory unboxing video.
  3. Incorrect Item: You received a different model or spec than what was ordered.

Return Conditions

  • PCMIX Warranty Sticker: Every product is fitted with a specialized “void if tampered” sticker. If this sticker is broken or removed, the return is void.
  • Original Packaging: Please keep the original box and all accessories (cables, manuals, screws) for at least 7 days. Returns without original packaging cannot be accepted.
  • No “Change of Mind”: Due to the nature of open-box electronics, we do not accept returns if you simply “disliked” the product or found it cheaper elsewhere after 7 days.

Refund Timeline

  • Once a return is received and inspected at our Nagpur facility, the refund is initiated within 24 hours.
  • The amount will reflect in your original payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI/Card) within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
