PCMIX COMPUTERS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL SALE TERMS

Right to Annul: PCMIX Computers reserves the right to cancel orders due to clear pricing discrepancies, technical glitches, or sudden stock unavailability.

Entity: PCMIX Computers, operated by Bhavesh Gujwar in Bharsingi, Nagpur, Maharashtra, acts as a professional distribution and marketing entity. We are not the manufacturer of the components sold.

Product Nature: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all offerings comprise computer spares, peripherals, and components in “Open-Box” or “Pre-owned” condition, professionally tested by our team.

GST Invoicing: We provide comprehensive GST invoices for all transactions. To include your company’s GST number, please provide the details in the comments section during checkout.

Professional Installation: To ensure hardware longevity and safety, installation by a certified PC hardware engineer is mandatory for all components. Damage caused by improper DIY installation is not covered under our return policy.

Zero-Fee Cancellation: We offer a 100% full refund for any order cancelled before shipment. For cancellations initiated after the product has been dispatched, the actual shipping and return transit costs will be deducted from the refund.

2. WARRANTY & RMA TERMS

  • The 7-Day Shield: We provide a 7-day inspection window. Claims for “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) or “Incorrect Item” must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for all claims regarding transit damage or missing accessories. Without this video, PCMIX Computers disclaims liability for physical damage.
  • Manufacturer vs. PCMIX Warranty: * “Manufacturer Warranty” denotes coverage provided directly by the brand.
    • “PCMIX Warranty” (as specified via ACF fields on product pages) is handled directly by us.
  • Void Conditions: Warranty is immediately voided if the PCMIX Warranty Sticker is tampered with, or if the product shows signs of physical damage, liquid spills, or electrical surges caused by poor-quality power supplies.
  • Carry-in Service: All warranty claims are “Carry-in.” The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our Nagpur facility. We will cover the shipping cost of sending the repaired/replaced unit back to you.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Disclaimer: PCMIX Computers provides the website and products “as is” without any express or implied warranties beyond what is documented in our specific warranty terms.
  • Direct/Indirect Damages: In no event shall PCMIX Computers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising from the use or inability to use the products sold.
  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product in question.

  • Data Usage: We collect only necessary data (Name, Address, Email) to fulfill orders. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers.
  • Security: We employ industry-standard encryption and firewalls to protect your data during the transaction process.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt a good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled via binding arbitration in Nagpur.
  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. All legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
